2. No Refunds for Services

We do not provide refunds for services that have been confirmed and delivered. Our services are based on hours and may involve digital products, making it challenging to offer refunds once the service is confirmed. This includes payments made through promotions or promotional offers, which are non-refundable.

3. Exception for Valid Reasons

While our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that there may be valid reasons for refund requests. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us promptly to discuss your situation. However, please note that any approved refunds will be processed after deducting service charges; full refunds are not available.

4. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 3 days from the date of the transaction. After this period, no refund requests will be considered. For projects that have already started, if you need to pause the project, we can accommodate a maximum pause period of 60 days. After this period, you will be required to resume payments and services from the initial stage. No refunds will be issued once payment is done due to the nature of our work.

5. Project Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client requests or demands any services that are not legal or in violation of our policies. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting all applicable service charges. No full refunds are available. All transactions and payments will be handled by Stripe only.
